Nordnile Travel – Terms & Conditions (English)

1. Role of Nordnile:

Nordnile operates as an independent travel advisor and booking facilitator. We do not act as a tour operator. All travel services are provided by licensed third-party providers based in Egypt.

2. Nature of Agreement:

When you book a service through Nordnile, you are entering into a direct contract with the Egyptian travel provider. Nordnile assists in facilitating communication and coordination but is not a legal party to the travel contract.

3. Payment Terms:

Your payment consists of two parts:

A non-refundable Nordnile service fee for consultation and coordination.

The remaining amount is paid directly to the Egyptian provider or via a secure channel designated by them.

4. Responsibility:

Nordnile is not responsible for the execution, quality, or changes of services delivered by the Egyptian provider. We do, however, make efforts to work with reliable partners.

5. Cancellations & Changes:

All cancellation and change policies are determined by the Egyptian provider. Nordnile will assist with communication but cannot guarantee refunds.

6. Travel Insurance:

All clients are strongly advised to purchase personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen events including cancellations, medical emergencies, or changes in travel plans.

7. Legal Compliance:

Nordnile complies with Swedish regulations by operating solely as an intermediary. As such, we are not required to offer a travel guarantee (resegaranti) under current law.
